Dilbir Chhabra’s path to founding Touchstone CPA Inc. spans two countries, two prestigious designations, and more than 20 years of hands-on accounting and tax experience.
He began his career in India, where he earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 2005. After bringing that expertise to British Columbia, he qualified as a Canadian CPA in 2016 and later completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program — one of the country’s most respected advanced tax credentials.
In 2019, he founded Touchstone CPA Inc. with a clear vision: to bring executive-level financial thinking and deep tax expertise to clients who deserve it, without the distance and friction of a large corporate firm.
